Cairo – June 2, 2012 – Media International/GBA – An Egyptian court is formally to announce the death penalty against Hosni Mubarak today which Egypt may consider it a landmark judgment after a period of 15 months. This likely action is the sequence of a popular uprising that made Mubarak to go out of power and face the trial.
The punishment shall be combined for the Interior Minister Habib al-Adly and six others. On 13 April, a self appointed prosecutor had ordered Hosni Mubarak and his both sons to be detained for 15 days for questioning related to allegations of corruption and abusing of power.
Thereafter an order was passed and framed charges of premeditated murder of peaceful protestors during the revolution. The trial began on 3 August 2011.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, who is not only the Lead Man GBA and Founder of “FAITH”, Universal Modern Religion, said the former President of Egypt Mr. Hosni Mubarak, who is 84, deserves sympathy and leniency rather than an execution.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, elaborated, “Any other President in his place would have done the same, given the similar directions to handle the dashing and uncontrollable crowd.
“Though God Believers Association (GBA) has no direct authority or intention to intervene in the matter, there is one option is left about the human appeal from this NGO, it is just because GBA is committed to help seek justice to the deserving people all over the world.
GBA believes that any punishment should be based on fair justice and after giving due consideration to all circumstances and situations, but here the verdict was probably decided before the trial, if so, this is against the rules of genuine Justice.
“Punishment should be based on factual circumstances, which need to be weighed with a balanced mind by any court.
“But in this case, the maximum punishment may be announced to please the countrymen, who have probably forgotten the sacrifices made by Ex President Mubarak for his nation.
“The GBA is not to interfere in their system of justice in any manner directly or indirectly, but I do feel that Mr. Hosni Mubarak who served as the fourth President of Egypt from 1981 to 2011 has done many good things for his country and for that he was even honored by National Integration Assembly (NIA) now known as GBA.
The demonstrations occur in almost all countries and one of them also happened in Egypt for 18 days, so-called 2011 Egyptian Revolution. Vice President Omar Suleiman had announced on 11 Feb. 2011 that the President had resigned as and transferred his authority to the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces. When Mr. Mubarak had resigned, he deserved sympathetic consideration rather than an execution.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist and Lead Man of GBA, who is also the Founder of “FAITH”, Universal Modern Religion, said, “When Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, India’s Prime Minister had visited Egypt I was also invited on the same day as President of the National Integration Assemblty (NIA).
“ I then led the Parliamentary Delegation to honor President Mubarak for his outstanding contribution that uplifted his country in many areas. I was myself privileged to honor Mr. Mubarak on behalf of my country for the best efforts that he had made to raise the image of his country and countrymen.”
The Founder of FAITH concluded, “In the end I would urge the Egypt Govt. to take the decision keeping in mind good services rendered by Hosni Mubarak, his old age and other positive factors. In this old age of Mubarak, if Egypt can’t give any reward to him at least they should re-consider his services and be reasonably lenient while punishing him.
